This hotel is located in a clean and quiet area, away from the bustling shopping center. It is conveniently situated directly across the road from Gloucester Road tube station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with amenities like a large flat-screen TV and a tea set. The bathroom offers a bathtub, shower, and a range of toiletries. The staff is welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

There were some minor issues with the room, such as a malfunctioning fridge and bedside lamp.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location was superb, right next to the underground station, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel very welcome. The service was top-notch, with fast and easy check-in, and the option for a late check-out. I also appreciated the complimentary fruit and drinks in the reception area. the experience at this hotel was excellent, and I will definitely be staying here again.

We were warmly welcomed with a delicious cookie and were able to check in early. The breakfast was really good, with lovely produce that was replenished quickly. The hotel is conveniently located near the underground, bus stop, and many tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and professional, making our stay memorable. We also appreciated the room amenities and the soundproofed rooms.

The club room provided free snacks and drinks, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and I would definitely stay again. highly recommended.

Good location for central London highlights. Close to museums and within walking distance of Knightsbridge and Chelsea Flower Show. Nice breakfast with friendly staff. Executive lounge had limited food options while waiting for our room. Convenient access to Gloucester Rd tube station. Lovely gardens at the hotel.

The hotel staff were beautiful, amazing, polite, friendly, and helpful. The location was great for attending an event. The staff were fantastic with children, providing toys and being friendly. The King Club room was fantastic and had access to a great club lounge. The breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our weekend stay. The tube station was right across the road and the Albert Hall was just a 10-minute walk away. The staff, especially Arno and Sayed at the front desk, as well as the breakfast/dining staff, were excellent and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They even provided milk alternatives and made special coffees for us. The room was nice and clean, and there was a lovely private garden where we could relax. The breakfast spread was tasty and had plenty of options. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Doubletree By Hilton in Kensington for a leisure trip. The hotel is perfectly located, surrounded by convenient stores, restaurants, and cafes. It is directly opposite the tube station, making it easy to explore the nearby areas of South Kensington and Chelsea. The area felt safe, and the staff at the hotel were extremely polite and professional. The room was well-equipped, comfortable, and peaceful at night.

Great location with easy access to tube and bus lines. Museums and parks within walking distance. Comfy beds, good buffet breakfast, fitness room.

The only downside was a problem with the room heating, but the staff quickly addressed the issue and apologized for the inconvenience.
